About LRG Cares Foundation
LRG Cares Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Cobb County, Georgia committed to giving back to the community by assisting preemies to THRIVE, homeless women to STRIVE, and to REVIVE displaced children by providing dignity with life's basic essentials.
We have three major programs. In addressing the unique and costly challenges faced by parents of premature babies, we offer the THRIVE Infant Program, providing essential preemie supplies to help alleviate their family's financial strain. The STRIVE Independence Program empowers women during transitional phases, guiding them towards self-sufficiency from homelessness. Additionally, the REVIVE Placement Program ensures the wholesome placement of children, emphasizing stable and caring environments.

Program Features
LRG Cares Foundation is committed to making a meaningful impact through three distinctive programs.
THRIVE
THRIVE Infant Program (Parents with Premature Babies):
The THRIVE Infant Program is dedicated to supporting parents with babies leaving the NICU. In addition to providing parking pass assistance, we provide essential care packages to include diapers, wipes, feeding systems, clothing, car seats and more. Our goal is to alleviate their financial burdens and to ensure parents can focus on the well-being of their baby. Our streamlined referral processes with local hospital social workers, make our support easily accessible.
REVIVE
REVIVE Placement Program (Children Needing Placement both Temporary & Permanent):
The REVIVE Placement Program centers on the needs of children requiring temporary or permanent placement. We collaborate closely with caregivers, foster parents, and guardians to ensure the wholesome placement of these children in stable and nurturing environments. Our services extend beyond material support to encompass the overall well-being and positive development of children during transitional periods.
STRIVE
STRIVE Independence Program (Women Transitioning from Homelessness):
The STRIVE Independence Program focuses on empowering women in transitional phases, particularly those transitioning from homeless shelters to independent housing. Our comprehensive support includes guidance, resources, and assistance to foster self-sufficiency. By addressing their unique challenges, we aim to facilitate successful transitions and contribute to long-term stability.
📍We're thrilled to share our partnership with Atlanta Mission to support their "Welcome Home Closet," which collects and stores essential household items for individuals and families transitioning from the shelter to independent housing, helping turn a house into a true home.
